Your Right to Deletion

MarDevs Global respects your right to control your personal data. If you have shared information with us — for example through our contact form, by email, WhatsApp, or any third-party login — you can request that we permanently delete it.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, including your name, email address, phone number, message history, and any account identifiers tied to you. Some information may be retained only when required by law (e.g., tax or accounting records).

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to contact@mardevs.ma from the address associated with your data.
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name, email, phone number, or any other identifier you used when contacting us.
3. We will confirm receipt and may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

Processing Time

We will complete your deletion request within 30 days of verification and will notify you by email once it is done.
